The regular* school year is 42 weeks in duration. Tuition is calculated based
upon a 40 week school year, thus you are not paying for the week off at
Christmas and Easter. No adjustment is made for any sick or personal days your
child might take, snow closings (which are infrequent), and certain national
holidays. Parents pay tuition in 10 equal monthly payments, September through
June. Parents may choose one of the following schedules based upon their
needs, either a 2, 3, 4, or 5 day schedule for full day students. For half day
programs, parents may choose AM Program (9:00-11:30 AM) or PM Program (1:30-4:00 PM).
You may choose 2 half day W,F or 3 half day M,W,F. *The school offers a summer care full day program. It is the parents' option to enroll their child during any of the weeks in the summer program. Summer schedules can be personalized to a great extent, to meet your scheduling needs.
Extended care is offered 7:30-9:00am for full day or morning program students and 3:00-6:00 pm for full day and 4:00-6:00 pm for afternoon program students. Parents pay for extended care as it is used. This is how we do it. Attendance is taken at 8:30 AM, any child here at that time would be charged $7. There is a free window from 8:31-9:00 AM. Attendance is taken at 3:05 PM, 4:05 PM and 5:00 PM. If your child is here at attendance time they are charged for extended care. Extended care costs are as follows:
Children arriving 8:30am or earlier are charged $7 per morning. Extended care times (if any) are calculated at the end of each month and the amount is added to each family's regular monthly tuition. |
